Needs work

Handles the basics ok, but has two major problems:

1) it took two calls to customer service to determine that I needed to register my phone number on the login security screen of the main web site before I could login on my iPhone. Before that, the app kept asking me my security challenge questions, but kept saying "login attempt failed".

2) entering date ranges is a major pain! You have to tap each date field (month/day/year) separately, and when you do, the keyboard switches from numerical mode to alpha mode. The app should be smart enough to keep the keyboard in numerical mode if youre entering data in a numerical field. Better still, add a date picker!
